Know where you want to go ahead of time and any specifics, then let the experts take care of the details. Having in-country support for any last minute changes (i.e. weather, delayed flights) eases any stress of you having to take time away from your vacation to figure it out. having the app in general was SUPER helpful to reference throughout our time to see what was next and so we didn't have to think about it or search through emails to find things.
